Great 1st Day of Testing! We have a long week of testing ahead but if today is an indication of the week, its going to be DYNAMITE! Up from 20 205 pound cleaners to 34 for the males Up from 11 115 pound cleaners to 20 for the females Total Poundage increase to 1,970!

What a day in the weight room today!! Squat Testing Male Metric is 315 - Went from 33 to 47 14 Guys over 405, 27 over 365. Female Metric is 205 and went from 5 to 8, but plenty of PR's around for most student athletes. Total Poundage Increase - 8,080 Pounds!

Updated Official Top 10 Standing Broad Jumps. We almost have 10 over 9 and a female almost at 8 ft!! Our male metric is 8ft. and we went from 13 to 31!! Our female metric is 6 ft and we went from 7 to 18!! 1 more day of testing!
