It doesn't end. That's the point, goalposts keep shifting so there's always a minority of women to hate. To protect the children.

Which is why the whole of our national production of armoured vehicles last year, 90 in all, were donated to Ukraine, along with our modern towed artillery and guided shells. We bought replacements for those.

Surgery is not given to minors. The law prevents counselling, puberty blockers, hormones too. Everything.
"Emergency" Regulations in other states are now being implemented to prevent the same on adults, without legislative oversight.
That's the goal.

I fight monsters routinely. Part of an almost universally persecuted group. Nietzsche warned: Those who fight monsters must beware they too don't become monsters thereby. Retaining humanity in the face of atrocity is hard but necessary to retain effectiveness.

Nina... I have taught the science of sex and gender to 3rd yr med students and postgraduate psych students at Australian Universities.
She's right. What she says is not particularly controversial. It is advanced though, like Einsteinian as opposed to Newtonian physics.

I wish he hadn't done it. There's nothing good in this. Justice without mercy is over rated. Lacking a "do over" time machine though, I don't see an alternative to punishment, however cruel.
Just don't say this is good. It's necessary, but not good.

Yes, it happens to humans too, if they have one of a rare set of intersex syndromes.

North Carolina passed a law saying everyone who was assigned female at birth had to use female restrooms. This led to situations like this, selfies were taken to illustrate the discomfort and absurdity, and the law was partly repealed and wholly ignored.

It sets a very bad precedent that the Health Secretary can ban medications selectively for some minorities. Do we have evidence, for example, that insulin works equally well for Jewish and Muslim diebetics from different regions?

Ed, I'm 65. I knew I was a girl by age 9, but i looked mostly like a boy and didn't mind that. Boys got to do interesting things that girls were prohibited from doing.
Later on, pretending to be male got harder, then impossible.
Trans and intersex existed in the 50s too.

But they're not, are they? It's a mess. UK birth certificates are specifically marked "not a form of identification". No jurisdiction requires a genetic paternity test to record the biological father, it is "self ID".

The treatment for Trans at the time was lobotomy too.
Talking cures, beatings to feet, electrodes to genitals and eyeballs, psychotropic and nauseating drugs, they got pretty desperate. Eventually, they realised transition usually worked, nothing else did.

1 in 300 men are not 46,XY.
1 in 600 women are not 46,XX.
About 1 in 200,000 babies have 5ARD, though there are pockets where it is 1 in 50.
17BHSD has similar effects , also 1 in about 200,000 but pockets of 1 in 80.

It's not as if everything else wasn't tried for decades first. It was only since 1995 that Gender Affirmation became standard, because it worked, and other therapies didn't. 60 years of failure just because of ideology is enough, surely. This isn't new, people. Please study it.

As a qualified nurse, you'd be aware of the Standards of Care. The ones specifically stating this is elective only in the sense that splinting a broken limb is elective; that while patient might be in agony they're not going to die immediately without it.
