Just deleted my direct debit for TV licence (aka BBC tax). Whatever you think of Brexit, it was utterly petulant and disgraceful for BBC to refuse to cover the PM's speech last night. I am fed up of having to fund their lefty, pro-EU, anti-British, propaganda.

Nobody should pretend that 100,000 deaths is anything but tragic, however due to method of calculation the true measure is not โ€œdeaths with Covidโ€ but โ€œexcess deathsโ€. As we can see from the table, deaths in 2020 were in alignment with 1990s (when the population was lower).

To start with I was sceptical about the vaccination. However I have changed my mind. I had mine today and am entirely comfortable with my decision. Itโ€™s ok to be sceptical, but I have looked at the evidence and spoken to professionals and am convinced that itโ€™s the way forward.
