The longer time goes on, the happier I am that I made the decision to change out of Apex/Twitch and try to aim at something different to pursue in life. Both Apex & Twitch look like they are heading in horrible directions, and it doesn't look likely to improve.

Was meant to continue for 90 days, but am cutting it a couple weeks short to bulk up again now. Either way, here are the final photos of progress from the routine. 95kg —> 88kg 42% average increase in weight in all exercises. Happy with how it went! Now time to bulk 😈
