If you are feeling bad, the first thing to focus on is, am I getting enough sleep? I went to see a therapist about 2 years ago & the first question he asked me was, “how are you sleeping?”. Sleep is super important for maintaining mental health. 8 hours of sleep can help a lot ✌🏼
