Existing bounds for (Polyak's) momentum in quadratic functions seem to be asymptotic (i.e. did not determine the constant factor). So I worked out a non-asymptotic version:
Question for statisticians: What is the best practice nowadays for testing realizability/goodness-of-fit of generalized linear models? I have no interest in the parameters and just want to test whether the data is generalized-linear.
