A defibrillator has been installed outside school today in memory of Duncan Macauley. Paul Fairhurst and Nick Maxwell who were friends of Duncan's asked for it to be placed outside the school. Thanks to Tomos Hughes of

We know that some parents have concerns about cases of Covid in local schools but there is no need to keep your child off school unless we tell you that you need to.
I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to the Ysgol Emmanuel staff for working so hard to get the school ready and for the commitment they have shown towards our pupils over the last 14 weeks.

On Friday 14th May we will be supporting the British Legion's 100th anniversary by wearing red. Pupils can come to school wearing red if they wish or in their school uniform as normal. Donation buckets will be at school gates Friday morning for anyone wishing to donate.Thank you.
Hi everybody we hope you had a good first week at home and are safe and well. Children keep doing the work on Seesaw and parents contact the class teachers using Dojo if anyone gets stuck! We miss seeing your faces in school! ๐
What a wonderful Christmas morning with our nursery pupils and families! We had hot chocolates, got reindeer food ready, decorated yummy gingerbread men and did lots of Christmas craft!
If you have a secondary school child in your family who is not at school due to a positive Covid case in their year group, please make sure they do not come to our school as they should be isolating at home. Thank you.

Our Harvest display is coming along wonderfully! Thank you to those of you who have kindly donated. There is still time to drop off some dried/non perishable food or toiletry items before we donate them to the Kings Store House food bank. All donations will be greatly appreciated
We have just been informed that face to face learning will not take place until January 18th so only children of key workers and vulnerable pupils can attend school until then. Online learning will take place via Seesaw. We will update you as we get more information.
Thank you for completing the survey about coming back to school, this is just an initial guide for us but it is helpful to know how many parents think they definitely will or won't be sending their children in at this point.
