As someone that doesn’t have any friends, I learned that people are toxic and people stay friends with others because they don’t know how to be alone. People think the friend-less is always the problem when people are straight up bullies and we decided to isolate ourselves.

My therapist asked me, "Why do you isolate yourself when you're triggered?" I was honest and said it’s because of my childhood. I always got bullied for simply existing. I grew up as the "weird" girl and was bullied for my looks because I was considered different.
