When did we normalise reaching work/office at 11:00 am in Nagaland? Google traffic data insights clearly indicate this norm where all major roads are clogged to the core during the 11:00 am to 12:00 pm window. Sun rises by 4:00 am, we have already lost 7 hours of productivity!
