Hello @Namecheap , please take action at ticket # DKG-217-34921 as soon as possible. They are passing themselves off as a website where you can recover cryptocurrency wallets and try to scam people by asking them to fill in their secret keys on the website Please take down ASAP.

If an exchange communicates a transaction hash and the hash can't be found on the blockchain (you can verify with an explorer like or ) this means only one thing: the exchange never sent it (or never sent it successfully). (2/3)

It is up to you to do the research on each token. If you create Trust Lines to the exciting new tokens called SCAM and PONZI, there is little that we can do.

During routine maintenance the XUMM backend became unavailable for a couple of minutes, resulting in XUMM not being able to show fiat equivalents, account icons & payment requests not loading. We're sorry for the inconvenience 😅 We will improve our fallback mechanism today.

XUMM 2.1.1 has just been released in the Google Play Store for Android users. On Android, the XUMM 2.1.1 release is a small patch release to fix a bug introduced in XUMM 2.1.0 (released earlier today). Only for a small amount of users the PIN code entry didn't work. ✅ Fixed!

Issue #1 : Accounts with a lot of Trust Lines and accounts issuing tokens (lots of incoming Trust Lines) may be unable to tap the "Delete" button for Trust Lines: the button is disabled. We identified the issue and are done fixing it. Last tests before releasing the update.

Issue #2 : When sending to another account (Send button, home screen) with a lot of Trust Lines (so: recipient with a lot of lines) XUMM can report the destination doesn't have the Trust Line set while it does. Identified, done fixing, lasts tests in progress.

🚨 We're seeing an uptick in the amount of scams PRETENDING to be Xumm Support, NFT minting support, etc. They e.g. tell Xumm is outdated or ask you visit some website to update/upgrade/fix it/get help. Their sites or fake support DM will ask for secrets. DO NOT SHARE THEM!
