Golden State has been famously running this "5 Out" for a while. And it's been explained why it's so hard to defend when you can reject, curl, split, flare, or more! "5 Out" or they'd open hand to the side as a signal, and basically it's post feed into Princeton split game.

Lakers ran this SOG to get to the second side and play out of their empty side P/R action which they'd call "Hip Clear", when "Hip" this season referred to a drag screen or they'd tap the hip. Most likely ran it in a transition offense. Great stretch on the weak side as well.
