A few years ago, I would get intense anxiety attacks. Had to pull over my car a few times and sit there hyperventilating. Some very dark thoughts raced through my head. My loved ones convinced me to seek help. It saved my life. It’s ok to not be ok. It’s not ok to ignore it.

Many will tweet the Suicide Prevention Helpline phone #, which is important. But we also need to make people who are feeling sad, overwhelmed, anxious, etc, understand that there is ZERO shame w going into therapy and getting professional help. It’s a must and will only help you.
