I firmly believe that the only answer when it comes to the cannabis scheduling conversation is to de-schedule, which is more likely to happen through congress than an administrative process. Schedule III will keep people in jail, despite helping the industry, it's unacceptable.

The Oregon House will soon take up HB 4002, which would end the state’s 3-yr-old drug decriminalization policy. Rumblings in the chamber ahead of time are that this will cruise through with 45 or more votes (out of 60). That doesn’t mean we won’t see a lot of debate. #orleg
