We have decided this year to make a donation to the Ely Toy Bank, who will be providing gifts to local children who would otherwise go without. Money taken from our fines pot, along with individual donations, meant we could donate a really good amount of toys for these children.

Just to add, as a club we have waived the 7 day approach. If people want to leave and don't owe any money, why do clubs persist in being pedantic? Its a low level, just let people play and let football be the winner.

Just for info, we don't make the decision if our pitch is fit to play on. The Witchford Playing Field Association makes that call as the landowners. So sending people over to take photos is irrelevant and a waste of peoples time.
