The day after Boris ivited 100 staff to his garden I wished my dad a happy 60th through his bedroom window. He died 5 weeks later. I might sound a bit like a broken record on this, but I honestly could not be more angry.

4 years ago today my dad died of lung cancer. I'd spent 4 months not being able to see him, except his 60th birthday where I went to see him through a window. That day the Tories had a party at Downing Street. I will never forget and I hope voters don't today. Vote Labour.

4 months ago I volunteered to be the agent for 21 Labour candidates in Lewisham Deptford. After 16 weeks of pretty intense work I have just handed in 21 sets of expenses, we have 21 Labour councillors and so far no arrests have been made. Now for a few weekends boozing.

When I worked for an MP I took a call where somebody said they were going to kill her and us, her office staff. Two weeks after Jo Cox was murdered. It ended up in court. Unfortunately my word against theirs wasn't strong enough and they got away with it. It's not rare.

Today I finally finished my year on the Novavax vaccine trial, having had my blood antibodies tested 6 times after taking the unregistered vaccine. Novavax is thankfully now up for approval! Kings NHS have been amazing and they eveb treated me to a cheeky registered vaccine!

A reminder that the boundary commission should be based on population and not the electoral roll. Individual voter reg has seen 1000s drop off the register and the electoral roll is not representative of large, transient, inner-city populations. Put simply, its gerrymandering.

We are taking action to tackle empty homes in our borough to bring them back in to use. Empty homes across Lewisham attract dumping and can provide much-needed accommodation, we are ensuring we do as much as possible to clamp down on them.

Leaving Stevenage this morning, as a fully Labour Town. An amazing place where @StevenageLabour have made me feel so at home. I know @kevinbonavia will be such an incredible representative for the town. Now, to travel through 4 new Labour constituencies home!

Yesterday we lost my lovely grandad, the last of my grandparents. Chairman of the working men's club, captain of Gomshall B darts team and Bacardi and coke drinker and all round legend. Not really sure what to say at this point of the last year, but it's been pretty horrific.

Lewisham Labour were out in force today in Pimlico campaigning for the brilliant @RNBlake to be the next MP for Cities of London and Westminster. Labour won the council last year and we'll be fighting for Rachel to be the MP at the General Election. 🌹
