@forestvanslyke I mean... It depends on the therapist. I've had 3 different therapists in my life. 1 when i was a minor and 2 as an adult. The one when i was a minor didn't understand and hurt me. The 2 so far as an adult have really helped me and the therapist prior to current saved my life
