friends. i love you. read this important thread. COVID cases are on the rise in Chicago. we’re averaging 500+ cases a day now. 2 outta 3 people infected with COVID say they got it from someone they know — friend, family, etc — at personal gatherings. be safe.

Just got off the phone with our photog. His voice is shot. He said, "I did a little protesting myself. It is what it is." Black journalists and photographers on the frontlines are documenting our uprisings while also feeling every emotion of the uprisings. It's not an easy job.

This attack on CPD perfectly encapsulates the consequences of electing a progressive activist as mayor. Progressives stoke outrage, encourage lawlessness, and promote a resistance to authority. Lori Lightfoot must be defeated in 2023.
