This is my 2021 GMC Arcadia, the dealerships have upgraded the firmware 6 times since it was new, still does not work, can not receive phone calls sometimes, and navigation constantly drop out. What a piece of shit. 2024, and you can not even answer phones while you're driving.

2021 GMC Arcadia Android Auto cuts out 1 mi from my house has done this since day one technicians at Todd Wenzel have never been able to figure out the problem. This happens everyday I don't know how people can be so stupid and GMC does nothing about it
