Once I have a solid base for the start and the finish I fill in the in-betweens with the rest of the scenes and connect them accordingly to reach the end
Underrated tip. I see most artist cluster different tone values. Makes it unclear of the subject that is important in a scene. To tackle this try the standard manga tone style. Black white and one gray tone.
