The rules of the financial world are now ENTIRELY flipped.
Debts = Assets
Cash = Liability

Its CRITICAL for your long-term future to understand these dynamics.

I would guaranteed be fired at work if I wore a MAGA hat, despite everyone walking around with Yang and Bernie stickers on their laptops
Have a high-paying job and looking to retire early with

You'll need to buy your coins ASAP.
You can guarantee yourself $143k/yr MINIMUM and retire in 5 years. You can withdraw over $200k/yr starting in 10 years.
But, you need to go big NOW!

Iβve done this exact thing as well in California, just to judge reactions. Itβs like the movie inception: everyone turns around and looks at you as an outlier that needs to be eliminated
Iβve reached the point of my career where 10% annual investment gains are now larger than my W2 income.
While I enjoy my job overall, it almost feels like thereβs no point to doing it.
First world problems, but anyone else out there in the same position?
On the flip side, low interest rate (<5%) debt like mortgages and student loans are now ASSETS.
A $100k, 3.5% mortgage takes $3,500/yr out of your pocket in interest, but the VALUE of the loan decreases by $5,300/yr.
Your debt is an ASSET.
Iβve negotiated about 5-6 times for different job roles and gotten pay increases every single time.
Below is the exact script I use to get up to 70% higher compensation offers:

HODLers liking his posts are attorneys, architects, engineers, bankers from all over the world.
If you have $100k sitting in a bank account earning 0.5% interest, you make $500/yr.
BUT, with inflation at 5.3%, you lost $5,300/yr in PURCHASING POWER.
Your cash is a LIABILITY.

Both vaccines and COVID itself cause heart issues. My guess is a little of both. Spike protein can be damaging, no matter the origin.
So what should you do?
If you have low-interest rate student loans or mortgage debt, KEEP the debt!
The value of the debt is getting eaten away by inflation every year.
Instead, use your cash to buy ASSETS that put money in your pocket.

Why not a single mention of early treatment options or taking care of oneβs health? (Sunshine, vitamin D, zinc, fruits/vegetables, high-quality nutritious meats, exercise)
If you're curious about whether these rules will remain the case into the future, check out this argument from

which I agree with.
Governments really have no other choice but to keep printing.
Now you might be wondering why a bank would even loan to you if itβs an ASSET for your balance sheet.
Banks are special entities that can CREATE money when they give you a loan. They created it out of thin air, and let you pay them the interest.

The way I see it, you need to acquire 10 BTC (Current market price of $664k).
Most diligent, high-paying W2 employees have this amount saved after 5-10 years of work.
This VERY conservative CAGR model shows that you can start $143k withdrawals in 2029.

I agree with this chart. Back in 2017 I was buying Bitcoin as well, but I stopped buying around $10k. This time, Iβm still stacking hard. Was buying heavily this entire year from the $65k price down to $30k and back up to $60k. Still buying today.
Co-worker left my company to join Google. They were making $300k/yr and went to $800k/yr when counting for $GOOGL RSU's.
Ended up way more stressed out.
At a certain point, more money is not the best option.
My recommendation (not financial advice):
If you have a high-paying job, but don't have the equivalent of 10 BTC, you NEED to look through your IRA's, HSA's, brokerage accounts, savings accounts, and up your exposure to

Iβve worked at Fortune 500. Definitely easy to get lost, rest & vest. But if you really want to do well and climb the ladder, you do have to do well and play politics which is quite a bit of work.
When I started college, my goal was to be a millionaire by 30.
Picked a major that would bring good income, got promotions, lived with roommates, invested 70% of income.
At 29 and 364 days, my net worth hit $1,000,000.
Weird how that works.

In the 12 months following a halving, returns have been:
2012 - 8,069%
2016 - 284%
2020 - 559%
You might not be able to buy yourself a comfy retirement of 10 BTC if you wait much longer.
Not to mention the impact of ETFs, Fed rate cuts, more money printing, etc.

One can't really own real estate.
In reality, one can simply rent it from the government, and they tell you what you can do with it.

One thing that people might overlook is how well you understood both sides of the argument while Mike only understood his side of the argument. Informational asymmetry was unfair.

Back in very early 2017, we tipped over S2F 463-day, then crashed 30% to below $800. This looks analogous to that. Took a month for it to get back to its high. BTFD
The problem is being too conservative with your BTC allocation.
78% of the stock marketβs best days occur during a bear market or during the first two months of a bull market. Missing the best 30 days cuts your returns by 83%.
