Today VOLA SCRAN pop-up restaurant opened its doors for the first time to 7 lucky staff members! Our S3 pop-up restaurant offered a Scottish menu of haggis bonbons, steak pie, balmoral chicken, cranachan & teacakes. All food was cooked and served by the pupils. Well done!
