First of all don’t panic …call an ambulance ASAP - 997 ,work with the people around the incident to go to nearby buildings to find anyone skilled in basic life support .
After assessing the breathing check the pulses ….if pulses are absent this is an immediate trigger to begin CPR -which basically means helping the person to breath and beat their heart
If their airway is clear THE SECOND thing to think about from there on is whether this person breathing adequately or not breathing at all …absent breathing is a concern …
