I started ecom selling sanitair, heavy, bulky, expensive, hard to ship. failed big time. to make it work I just had to find the exact opposite type of product - Small, lightweight, cheap COGS, easy to ship - Jewelry That same store crossed 400K orders today.

Proper inventory management during Q4 is key for the BIG scale. When you have to think 3 months ahead you will always be understock on demand and overstock of the wrong products. Causing heavy / expensive last minute re-stocks overseas. This will always put you 2 steps behind.

we use @ecomflow3pl for all our brands, fulfilling our stock directly from China helps with acting on demand and having no understock / overstock. Which results in to free-ing up the cashflow tied in inventory in to profit.
