A smart pilot project has been started by Bijnor city in North-West UP with 100 cycles & 10 cycle stands. As part of this pilot, cycles are repaired/renovated using local resources, with local stand managers like a tea shop owner, a divyangjan cycle repair shop owner, panwadi etc
