Funnily enough, the Burning Basement versions of these rooms can still spawn champions, because the developers forgot to match the new room IDs in recent updates. Rooms 603 and 716 in Chapter 1 do not have champion spawns, but the Mulliboom room in Burning Basement is room 730.
