Proud of my youngest daughter. She’s moved into a house in a roughish part of Liverpool. The entry at the rear of her house was full of dumped, broken furniture and overgrown with weeds and ivy. She organised the council and then single handedly cleared the entry 😊

I’m just in despair at the world. My beautiful daughter, just trying to get home from work, was assaulted on the train. She had her bag thrown in her face and when she tried to get away this man punched her and then attempted to strangle her. 😩Fortunately two men intervened 🙏🏼

I’ve spent a few nights building up the polish on my WWI Cavalry Officer’s boots. Didn’t want to strip all the old polish off and destroy their patina. They’re actually a size too big on the foot but fit perfectly on my calf. Such a strange feeling, if only they could talk 🤷🏻‍♀️

‘female patient - heart attack - category 2’ She waited until the ambulance arrived -30 min and handed over to paramedics. Only then did she eat her cold baked potato. The patient was taken to the ambulance. We went to pay: ‘ oh it’s £20.50 but don’t worry- ABOUT THE 50p!😂

Lovely day at Appleby Ag Show. Otter won a v large gundog class, but with the elderly judge then suffering heat stroke, I knew our chances of retaining the Championship were sunk when the replacement judge asked if she was a labradoodle 😨😆

74 years ago my Dad was in the army preparing for D Day. He landed #Dday +1. 60 years later he went back for an emotional visit to Gold beach and to tour the Museum at #Arromanche . The next morning he suffered a fatal heart attack. I still miss him terribly. 😢

Well, a last minute decision to show Otter (Crimblescurl WildOtter) at Appleby Agricultural Society Show turned out well 🤩 She won her Gundog class and then stood Champion Dog receiving her very first ever prize money and a lovely trophy! 😍🎉 Thank you to everyone involved.
