The UK Met Office says June 2023 has been the hottest June on record but the BBC report says "records were broken in 72 of the 97 areas in the UK from which temperature data is collected'. That is only 74% of the UK. And which of those 72 locations were urban heat islands?

I had always assumed that there must be empirical evidence supporting the claim that fossil fuel emissions are causing climate. So I spent years searching climate science research papers and reports looking for such evidence which I fully expected to find. There isn't a shred.
