@HenMazzig They claimed Israel bombed the hospital in the first days of war and 500+ civilians were killed. Turned out terrorirsts' rocket fell short and killed about 25 people in the parking lot. So, I wouldn't be surprised if the actual civilian casualties are lower by a factor of 20x.

@paulg Most programmers don't track their time, can't estimate effort for tasks, don't know what portion of their day spent actually coding, etc. But when it comes to productivity gains from the "hot and new" tool/framework of the month, they somehow become very "precise" 😂

One of my students just told me that he used my new Coroutines course as a basis for the presentation he delivered to students from one of the top 3 biggest universities in Russia. I'm so proud to see students go beyond what I myself am capable of. It's even better than money.

Student asked about the roles of Handler and Looper in Android framework. The best way to understand these classes is to build your own handler and looper, so I did just that in this latest Android Bit #14 .
