Our team recently surveyed mussels for a bridge replacement project in Stafford County. The purpose was to identify any threatened and endangered mussels in the stream. Only common mussels were found. View scopes, glass bottom buckets, were used for the survey.

Update at 2:00 p.m.: All WB lanes of I-64 continue to be closed near the I-295 exit at MM 200. There are currently 6 miles of delays at the Exit 205 diversion point. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes and avoid significant delays.
