Observations : #VRChat is actually not growing anymore. #EAC actually killed VRCs PC market growth. If you look at the projections, if VRC never implemented EAC they would be peaking above the 40k concurrent player mark by now. Now VRC struggles to get above 32k players. 1/?

I am also starting to notice a new pattern on #ChillOutVR , we have more active clubs and events and each of these events is pulling in 25~ player lobbies on average. I have never seen this happen until recently. Its slowly forming similar club scene patterns of #VRChat .

While VRC may tend to have a large active concurrent player base for now I think the PC market is going to grow outside of VRC moving forward. Zero growth is not a healthy thing for any platform. Its pretty interesting to guess where things will be in a year though for sure.

Bad news, client users appear to be back in full force and have 100% bypassed EAC and we have no way to defend ourselves. Good news, group lobbies give us a lot more control over moderation and make it significantly harder to get away with sustained attacks. #VRChat

One thing I noticed about #ChilloutVR is that they actually allow us to to pre-download worlds. AND the worlds are not junked into a single cache file. What does this mean? It means that file size for worlds is a much smaller issue. We can get away with much larger file sizes!

Got my video card updated and 4060TI with 16 gig of VRam. basically my FPS is 3x what it was before now. Things that were pretty rough to do before are almost nothing now. Id say about half the lobby was force showed with very poor avatars.

I have never charged money to build a club in the Oasis. I have often paid out of pocket to commission people for odds and ends needed to develop the venue with no expectations from the club owners to help with costs. This is how I have ran things for years now. #VRChat

Anyone can self host events in Oasis 2.0 for free and its pretty surprising how easy it is to do. I just walked someone through the steps moments ago and it felt almost anticlimactic. Its like 3-4 clicks and you are good to go. #VRChat

The lighting in the Oasis looks really good now. Testing went very smoothly. Devil's Den first stress test went really well. Tonight was a banger for sure on so many fronts. I hope everyone had an amazing night. <3 #VRChat
