A respected imam in Bangladesh, Abdul began having visions of Jesus. When he met a pastor and received a New Testament, he gave his life to Christ. As a result, he was rejected by his wife, son, and brothers. He was then beaten to the point of hospitalization. Pray for Abdul.

Pastor Rajiv spent several weeks in jail because of his ministry work. His son brought him a New Testament. Other prisoners became curious about what Rajiv was reading, so his son brought 60 more New Testaments. Rajiv started a fellowship among the prisoners sharing the gospel.

TURKIYE: Islamic religious leaders are angered by the efforts of local Christians helping earthquake victims. In a viral video, two imams warn of the Christians’ “tenderness and love” toward survivors. As a result, people are visiting the church and asking about the gospel.

Remembering Martyrs: In December 1934, John and Betty Stam were killed in China. Unable to escape before communist troops reached their village, they were imprisoned and eventually executed. Pray for our brothers and sisters in China, who risk much for the cause of Christ.

In 2011, ISIS fighters in Syria marked Christians’ houses with a cross. They abducted, killed and tortured Christians. Raaja and Samia’s husbands were murdered. Six adult men in their family were killed. Pray for widows processing the nightmares they experienced from ISIS.
