I don't know much about The Crew, but I need to stress how important LBP3's server going down is. This wasn't just one game's server closing, LittleBigPlanet 1 2, and 3 ALL shared a server. LBP3 was the last bastion for 16 years worth of UGC content access. Its VERY important.

LBP predates Minecraft, It inspired generations of artists. Even more casual players were joyful to see its name and the creations people would put out. It deserved a better end than it got. I can only hope we do get an official archive knowing the resource server is still up.

Yes, keeping the servers up forever is an unrealistic expectation; All that's being asked now is for the community content to be preserved. A simple static website that allows you to search through levels and download them would do.

I was hoping to work with a friend to retrieve my old Adventures from LBP3 if the servers ever went back online for a bit, so that I could publish them on Beacon; but I think that ship has sailed officially now. I won't sugarcoat it, i'm quite sad.

I wonder how different the state of UGC games as a whole would of been if LittleBigPlanet Hub came out. FTP games with create elements thrive really well these days, as compared to others that have slowly fallen to the wayside.

Walter for Beacon Progress #2 Walter now has his Up-Dash and Slam! The Up-Dash still doesn't have any hit detection yet, so its not fully done, but the Slam works just like it did in the older projects! Also added some boxes to give an idea the range of each ability.

Here's a preview of how the game runs on Beacon! To give you a good idea, this boss was notorious laggy in the original release. (Unless played on PS4.) I've optimized things as much as I could for @LBPUnion !

My project MEGA WALRUS never released due to an unknown error upon trying to publish the Adventure. I later found out backing up the adventure then reverting to an older Profile Backup would of solved this problem, but atp I felt Walter's control was lacking vs Utopia and United

I won't lie, I was going to be cheeky and make another Tired Sackboy doodle, but Infinity Nikki, Monster Hunter, Astro Bot, Marvel Rivals, they all looked really cool. Only thing about it is I still don't think thats enough for me to justify making a big purchase like the PS5.

Fun fact: Analytics for my Adventure 'Walter United' showed the 2nd world is where most players got stuck. The goal was to hack all the consoles around the level with Wallace. The clear rate att was 60%-ish. A lesson learned for me to be more careful with level planning. Haha!

Fun fact of the Day, the prototype to my project Walter Utopia wasn't even starring him at first. It was about a Caveman fighting Tikis. The only thing to stay from this prototype were the barrels, iron boxes and boom boxes.

I love LittleBigPlanet 3 so much. I wish it got more time in the oven to iron out the bugs, because a lot of people missed how many good advancements Create Mode made over 2. It might be my bias talking tho since I released my biggest project on LBP3.

Looking back at my old LBP footage archive and I found this. July 2015 was the day my project first finished LBP3 corrupted mid publishing. Its a funny memory to me now. To think all I had to do was backup the level and revert to an older profile backup to publish it.

From awhile ago, I was working on a custom Shark for a potential survival level. Was testing out a system where there could be deterrents for the shark if it destroys certain objects. The placeholder was sponge in this vid.

I tried going back to LittleBigPlanet 2 since its more stable on RPCS3 than LBP3 is and oh my goodness... I don't think I can ever go back; I'm so use to the QOL shortcuts and tools from LBP3, trying to create on 2 feels like i'm always missing something! ha ha!

I think this all comes down to what would be considered more powerful, the manifestation of negative emotions spiraling into madness, or the manifestation of nightmares itself. Vex's pride would easily feed the Negativitron. Their abilities are quite similar too. id say its even
