Plans to hold an awareness event for the vaccine injured and bereaved on Monday 20th November 2023 in the Long Gallery at Parliament Buildings, Stormont, are being effectively blocked by SDLP and Sinn Fein.
We call on all parties to support this event.
Press statement provided.
We are delighted to announce the Vaccine Injured and Bereaved Support group for Northern Ireland (VIBS-NI). Over many months, we have come into contact with people who have been injured and bereaved, and have now organised into a support group.
A big thank you to all the MPs who turned up for the presentation on Monday in Portcullis House, London. List courtesy of
@JohnBoweActor
. Invitations had been sent out to all MPs prior to the event taking place.
We call upon the party leaderships of the SDLP, Sinn Fein and Alliance to give people a voice in Stormont and allow their MLAs to co-sign to allow our blocked event to take place.
MLA Paul Frew says there is a blanket silence around vaccine injuries in NI after a FOI request revealed 51 fatalities and 6,678 injuries reported to the Yellow Card system that allows patients and healthcare professionals to make reports.

On multiple occasions,
@VIBS_NI
requested an event in Parliament buildings so that those affected could be heard, yet the SDLP and Sinn Fein blocked it by refusing to sign and by blocking their MLAs from signing.
So far the only signatures secured are two DUP signatures. We must hold them to account!
Please help us by contacting your local MLA to demand that these families and individuals are heard and given the platform they deserve.
We only need a few hundred people to take action to make a difference.

All the volunteers at VIBS NI would like to thank everyone who attended today's launch event. It was a huge success in a packed Penthouse Suite at Europa Hotel.
Thank you to all those brave enough to tell their stories of injuries and bereavement due to the COVID-19 injections.
So far we have only managed to secure the DUP signatures and require signatures from the Nationalist parties. We will keep fighting for those injured and bereaved to be heard.
All medicines have side effects, and the COVID-19 injections are no different.
At
@VIBS_NI
, we are delighted to have been invited to this special event in Portcullis House, London.
So many now take seriously the harms and deaths caused by the COVID-19 injection programme. The harms and deaths continue to be covered up, but many are now beginning to listen.

All of us at VIBS NI will continue to ensure you have a voice and will fight for the recognition and help you all truly deserve. You won't be silenced any longer.
Pictures and film from the launch will be going out over the coming days.
You are not alone.
A FOI request has confirmed 3 deaths as a result of the COVID-19 injections in Northern Ireland. Others were still being investigated at the time and therefore cannot also be confirmed.
Those affected need support and a voice.
"You are not alone"
We are here to offer assistance, to raise awareness of adverse effects following the injections, to advocate for better healthcare and treatment pathways, to campaign for greater recognition of this serious issue, and to lobby the government to provide help.
A huge thanks to those who have already come forward to share their stories. We look forward to meeting those who have shared with us their experiences, advocates, carers and those who want to learn more.
Jonathan Weissman and Kathy Gray, both volunteers with
