Their whole model is to buy these players and then sell them for astronomical profit. You promise the player in January, and then keep him until he’s going to force the move himself in the next few days. It’s a terrible approach to make the player look bad.

This is very false. Klopp x Edwards Pep x Txiki and more These are examples of profile collaboration with the board, not a "say" over the transfers. RDZ has also said prior that managers request profiles and then rely on the board to get those players.

@CFCPys Different progression, patterns, and style of the 3 though. He uses wingers to overload 1 v 1 scenarios compared to Tuchel where he used IF to create overloads in half-spaces. It also gives us more attacking freedom in the box.
