Wow. Besides the messy first act, I loved #TheRiseOfSkywalker . It is the movie I never knew I needed and genuinely wraps up the story of the three trilogies (especially RotJ and RotS). In time, everyone will see the sequels as a necessary component of the story. (1/2)

Got confirmation that the SWORD series is in fact titled Secret Invasion and will lead into CM2. Can expect it to be one of the 3-4 new D+ series that will be announced. Likely to film sometime next year as it has been greenlit for production, but no word on that yet.

Flashpoint has the fundamentals of a great first Flash story, it teaches him everything that makes him the hero he is. Adjusting it to make it a more standalone time travel movie is the right idea for the solo movie. The Flashpoint event everyone knows will probably never happen.

#BirdsOfPrey was PHENOMENAL! The cinematography and choreography oozed style and attitude, and the cast has fantastic chemistry on top of gorgeous action. One of the funniest CBMs I’ve ever seen, and Black Mask is a terrifying and charismatic villain. Watch it. BoP must return!

The July 2022 movie in Phase 5 should be Ant-Man, the Wasp, and the Fantastic Four directed by Peyton Reed. He'd be able to finish his trilogy while getting his wish to do F4. Plus, the Quantum Realm serves as a much better origin story for the F4 than space travel.

I watched Justice League, Shazam, and Aquaman today. HBO Max is fun. Needs Birds of Prey, though, which I really hope gets more recognition as time goes on. It’s the crown jewel of the DCEU to me.
