For those of you who don't yet know but followed his long and arduous battle with cancer, early this morning, my brother Ward Williams peacefully passed away at his home. While I will miss him everyday, I know today he is whole again and with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Great to back on The Hill at Cosby HS tonight getting to see my teammates and coaches from the '99 and 2000 state runner-up teams. We had a lot of talent but we worked our tails off to get where we did. Thank you coaches and administrators who put this night together. Go Eagles!

Just wanted to say thanks to Mrs Coach Williams, as she is known to our players. Every Thurs. walk-thru she sends about 7-8 dozen cookies to our kids. What started as an OL tradition, spread to the whole team. I wanted to thank her for some long Weds nights in our kitchen!

While we were competing at the Knoxville Classic 7 on 7, the fieldhouse got some new shades 😎 The Highlanders had a solid tournament notching wins against Oneida, Unaka, William Blount, Jellico and Oak Ridge. Losses to Oneida and a nail-biter to Gibbs. Proud of our guys!
