I am so saddened by the death of a remarkable friend Sheikh Nuhu Muzatta.

The resources are there which is really good. However, accessibility is the problem. Many youth have failed to access the resources and they turn to "investors" and some "competitions" where they win nothing but their ideas are taken. So as the minister, what are u doing about it
