Pueden los microultrasonidos ser una alternativa a la RMmp en el diagnóstico del CaP?. Resultados preliminares en 96 pacientes, con una tasa de detección de CaP del 59,3%, sensibilidad del 82% para CaPcs con VPN del 93%, aunque con baja especificadad (39%).

Lax abdominal walls in obese patients insuflates like dome creates difficult working angles. Specially collision with pubis & pelvic brim limiting apex access. Avoid moving trocars lower, depress 4th, elevate 3th and medialized robotic arms instead. 30* scope could be handy.
