@proudnursemj @DOyeyiola I’ve worked as a band 3 up to band 4 (nurse associate) in the NHS and one thing is you can only respect the nurse when you work in close quarters with them. Even as a HCA in NHS my back is gone,cannot stand for long like before again . Nurses deserves everything good ❤️ ❤️
