@thecableng If this statement is truly coming from INEC, then it is most weird. The AFN that defended democracy in Namibia, restored Civil government in Sierra Leone and Liberia cannot truncate a democracy that it had supported since 1999 by indulging in rigging. AFN is not partisan.
