Carbon dioxide in air increases 'after' earth becomes warmer, not the other way round. There is no causal link between CO2 & climate & never was. A rise from 280ppm to 400ppm over 200 years is just 1 extra molecule in 10,000. This life-giving gas is actually in long-term decline.

Carbon dioxide will have no effect on global weather based on recent modest rises. It's the equivalent of 1 CO2 molecule in 10,000 over 200 years. Over geological history massive ice ages have occurred when CO2 was far higher than today, like 3,000/9,000ppm in the Ordovician.
