No surprise @Qantas facing a class action lawsuit. I spent 5hrs over 3 calls trying to use a flight credit they said was valid but couldn’t be activated. Repeated promises to fix it resulted in nothing. They don’t care about customers and loyalty never rewarded. Really shameful.
