Totally false to suggest Scot Gov has power to ‘remove the cap’. Power lies with UK Gov. It’s on them to scrap it or devolve the power. Scot Gov can introduce new benefits - it has already done, spending millions on child payment. But ppl still face injustice of 2 child cap.

Why would anyone in their right mind pay at least £12.5K, after the grant to install a heat pump when a gas boiler can be installed for £2K. Meanwhile, China and India are building 100's of coal fired power stations. It's madness.

Good God. Sanctimonious bullshit. This guy really needs to learn to read the room, and not just the bubble he lives in.

This is a beautiful read. Gary Lineker is a hero. Nobody chooses to put their children in a leaky boat unless the water seems safer than what they’re running from. The Conservatives have become so desperate and shrivelled they are punching down on the dispossessed for votes.

Vote SNP for a better future? So we just forget about sixteen years of abject failure. I see the latest soundbite is rid Scotland of Tories by voting SNP. Better placed ridding ourselves of the SNP.

Lovely day for leafletting in Milnathort for @PeteWishart campaign. If not very cold. Vote SNP for a better future in the EU and to rid Scotland of the Tories once and for all #Independence #VoteSNP

I for one am glad he speaks the way he does. Political correctness is destroying our way of life. Offending someone isn't, and shouldn't be a crime. I wish people would have more backbone. I hate to think what the country will be like in another 50 years if we carry on like this.

Q: Alistair Burt said your description of PM's Brexit plan as a suicide vest around UK was "outrageous, inappropriate & hurtful" He said this lang had to stop but it doesn't. You brought shame on your party when you described veiled muslim women as letterboxes. Fit to be PM?

Is this guy referring to the daily Nicola Sturgeon show. The one she got got really crusty when asked a question she didn't like. The one where she expected a certain level of intelligence from people unravelling her word soup. That Nicola Sturgeon show?

We could also add the the very same people who are complaining about a “lack of accountability” from Nicola Sturgeon were the loudest complainers when she held herself accountable live on tv nearly every day during the pandemic.
