In 20 years of the profession existing in the UK literally < 5 deaths are attributed to PAs. Every human life matters YES however u can’t ignore facts. Let’s get regulated , get a scope and improve patient safety. Drs deserve higher wages but it doesn’t mean u have bury PAs.

Not matter the reason of arrest is , nothing warrants such brutality from any police officer especially when the minor was already in handcuff and pleaded with him numerous times. He only stopped when he realised he was being recorded.

So not accurate is it to say trained for 2 years + PA courses are full time very intense. Drs in their 5 years of training spend half the year on holiday

@CardioShades U get the same training. It’s up to the person if they want it as a diploma or MSc. U still do 2 years ( following a 3 year BSc) and the course content is the same however those who do it as an MSc do a dissertation on a chosen topic in addition to the university +national exams
