When market is slow they complain there is nothing to trade. When it's hot they complain how manipulated it is. Most of it comes from unwillingness to figure how to adapt well to both stages and not forcing same approach or expectation for both at once. #trading #smallcaps

Type 1, one of the key patterns to learn for #smallcaps game. To time the short well you gotta pay attention to liquidity of asset, the cycle it is in, and especially using recent Type 1s on other tickers as guide on when the asset might top out (outlined on blog).

Overhead supply, often misunderstood concept in #smallcaps . High volume "resistance" is not obstacle to price if the float is small and ticker has float rotated at lower prices already, no matter how much volume it traded above at resistance. Float-volume relationship. #trading

Most #smallcaps do not reverse split after being recent multiday runners. Typical R/S goes like BIMI, nothing going on month prior to the split. $COSM had a lot of swing carry positions at the tail end of multiday runner adjusted into split. Exploration opp for MMs. 1.

$MTSL main play of the day, high conviction. Ideal play where on every pop short entry you get instant resolution - rug pull. Added some notes on how to anticipate range after rigger is done (extracting his liquidity against organic liquidity), for recycle entries (10c range).

For bearish scenarios, invalidations should have those components: -unorganic action (single large player) -heavy buying volume influx -quick push in price up out of nowhere -higher lows / highs -high volume relative to float -weak wash volume #SmallCaps #trading

Isolate your best trades of 2020 and find out what the common overlapping variables of those trades are (pattern / position management / etc). Do more of that in 2021. But the key is you need sample size of at least 30, else its cherry picking too much. #trading

The amount of emotional uplift you allow yourself after a winning trade will determine a lot on how deep your drag will be when taking a loss. The more you downplay your winners emotionally the more control and stability you will have on the losses. Key to work on. #trading

When creating an edge in #trading the pattern should be layered. -big picture (cycles and fundies) -mid picture (trend and agenda) -micro picture (price action) Edge isn't just about drawing a trend line on the chart with 0 effort on research or complexity.

The 4th turning, generational crisis event in potential formation, blog article: It is dark and possibly difficult read but current times require it. Writen for those who are already in the trenches of rabbit holes. The torch was passed by writing this.

Rigged micro behaviors: -quick wash reclaims -heavy vol wash out of nowhere -constant fake breakouts -quick swipes upwards on high volume -float rotation 5x or 10x intraday -soaking into bid (10% of float or more) -microshelves following after heavy swipes upwards -... #smallcaps

The riggers see chart as a battlefield of liquidity zones not as a picture the way retailer does. They see liquidity zones of traders who could be targeted for exit panic cascade at particular price location and aggression (scare effect). Use the same eye to get view ahead.

To stay sharp whole #trading session day to day: -do cold showers (Wim Hof) -avoid any sugar heavy food (chocolate etc) -use comfortable position size, dont oversize (emotional drain) -optimize your trading approach so that you waste as little time on un-productive processes

Gamify your #trading journey. Do not make defeats unacceptable too early in your career else you strap your growth to idle. To grow you need a long term view which often means being okay with short term setbacks as long as you keep adjusting and improving your approach.
