Jack of Trades was started in April to carry the BB passion Dad and I shared.
We hung out w Ryan in the 80’s.
Passion was not cards but we collected until 84.
Lost Dad a year ago to cancer.
Wed: Mom, “I found these in Dads desk, not sure who he is.”
Wed: P2020. Thanks Dad!
Imagine someone you never met sending you every Astros Bobblehead from the last 2 years..
Because you live in Ca & can’t attend.
@jonbrewton
is the biggest Astros fan I know and this is one of the kindest gestures I have ever received.
Floored.
@Astros
hook him up! 🤯
I’ve walked by this Heritage ‘23 High Number Box at Target for what seems like a couple months..
Just wanted to relax and open something fun tonight.
With no other option I decided to grab it.
🗣️NEVER LEAVE THE LAST BOX
When Reggie Jackson is yelling at people about giving autographs…
But you are 7 and determined…
So you squeeze to the front and interrupt Mr. Jackson yelling about autographs….
To ask him for his Autograph 😎
He didn’t stop yelling or even look at the card as he signed.
The Story of The Greatest Baseball Card Ever.
Not the 8.5 on eBay.. This particular card in hand.
In 78 & 79 my Father would take us to see Nolan Ryan as often as we could.
A pre-1980 photo of me without an Angels hat did not exist.
After the 79 season the news broke on

Funny how Fox didn’t show this.
Also a quote from Fox,
“Need one more runner to reach base to give Harper a chance in the 9th, which EVERYBODY in America wants.”
The entire

booth is disgusted with the Astros.
Smoltz is a bitter old man.
Blessed beyond words to have the Father I did. His loss I still struggle with daily.
Our Baseball adventures were second to none.
In 20 I was piecing the Brett Project 20 set, one never came
Jan 3, 21 Dad’s Bday a 1/1 was delivered. We saw Brett’s 3,000 hit.
Happy Bday Dad

16 to go... Can’t wait to build a cool frame for all 20.
I think P2020 stimulated a long over due Tony Gwynn demand.
Never forget 1994... think he would have hit .400
He was heating up!
A week ago I admitted I have a Yordan Alvarez problem...
Not realizing it would be interpreted as an open invitation to take advantage of me..
You are all predators...
Writing from inside a storage closet, my wife has a gun.
My Dad and I shared countless special moments. In the stands to see George Brett collect his 3,000 hit was one of them.
One year ago today he let me know he is still enjoying baseball and watching over me.
Mail Day 1yr ago today.
1/1 George Brett
Happy Birthday Dad
Miss you
Found a diamond from when Dad and I hung out with Nolan Ryan.
The 74 topps was placed in that ball display over 40 years ago and hid behind a frame high on a shelf for the last 20.
Happy to have it on my desk again.
