One of the main things that most 14-18 year olds don’t notice is the time high level college/pro players put into their craft outside team practice and the focus they do it with. Make sure your reps are meaningful with a high level of focus! KEEP WORKING!

Sometimes I have 14u-18u players get frustrated they aren’t getting better fast enough Usually when this behavior happens I will go back thru our system and see how often they are training/working. Can’t cheat the system then expect results If you want to be great, do the work
