Bengaluru/Bangalore is just so so different to those big cities: cleaner air, less traffic & polution, tree lined roads, , vegetation, decent pathways even cycle lanes. Very relaxed, even a perocial feel to the communities in this garden state of Karnataka.

Visited the Oval Maidan - still highly important to Mumbai's youth and their cricket pathways. Watched what seemed to be an U14 Social game on one side, and then an U20 fiercely competitive game with some craking bowlers on show. Their Red soil...i reckon i may turn one on this!

Five stress fractures and then he chose to walk away from cricket to have a huge back operation on his own terms and recovery. Not many really. Knew what he went thro - there were many dark days but total admiration from Mum and Dad.

Visited the impressive State Administative Government Offices in Bengaluru and those visitings senior ministers from Hyderabad- joined them for their team photo😳 Also met a family who were celebrating a birthday by being in town. Charming! Just spent a few hours out & about!👍

Bengaluru/Bangalore is just so so different to those big cities: cleaner air, less traffic & polution, tree lined roads, , vegetation, decent pathways even cycle lanes. Very relaxed, even a perocial feel to the communities in this garden state of Karnataka.

In its 23rd year it’s still inspiring to witness the @MCCFCricket Under 12s and Under 11s - many on their 1st ever cricket tour - playing the longer format of the game. The last 9days have been truly magical, even with the challenges of our weather. Wednesday is the final day.

Re Ben Stokes - sadly, watched his injury on Sunday live. Agreed totally with @nassercricket as Ben could have been injured in the Blast or CC, it was not The100 that injured Ben. Just many ppl want a certain agenda/narrative to come to the fore sadly!

Have arrived in Ahmedabad, India, for the @cricketworldcup but my suitcase didnt!🙈 At 4am it was 28degrees ! Been shopping India doesnt do XXL/XXXL! Found case 👍but in AbuDhabi @etihad please get it to Ahmedabad asap-Thx Birds have 'pooped' over it - is that a lucky omen?🤞
