Abba used to tell me that I would play hide and seek and close my eyes thinking I was really hiding. He used to play along and find me and then I would open my eyes giggling. One day when I close my eyes forever, I hope he will find me again but this time never to part.

I don’t remember a single Eid with my father when he didn’t ask us to pray for the suffering and those imprisoned for their faith. My heart would sink at hearing pain in his voice but I knew he would make every effort to make sure that those present had a good day. Eid Mubarik❤️

1/6 Was sharing a memory with my sister and she encouraged me to share. This was a long time ago in Germany when I was visiting with my father and it was not long after my mother passed away. I really wanted to prove to Abba that I could look after him on my own really well.

Memories of my childhood include hearing my father sobbing in prayers at night. At times I would go and sit beside him and ask him why he was crying. Every time his answer would be the same i.e. crying for the suffering of Ahmadies in Pakistan and all others who are suffering.
