Had some amazing news from mum about her ongoing cancer treatment. The injections she’s been having has killed off the part that was in her liver completely! And her lungs have improved. Going forward still injections to keep it at bay since it was quite aggressive.

Mum is out of surgery. Everything went well. I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I am.

Mum back from the hospital. Unfortunately the cancer has spread to her liver. She’ll be going in for hormone injections and chemotherapy next week. I’m Devastated. 😔

Mum just got off the phone with the lady overseeing her treatment! OMFG The chemotherapy was a success. Killed most the cancer on the liver. Now she doesn’t have to do anymore chemotherapy going forward. And has injections every 3 weeks.

Back from the assessment appointment. Therapy is a suitable option for me and my needs. So now I’m on the waiting list. Which could be upto few years! But I’m just happy to be on the way thank you everyone for your well wishes for today ❤️

it’s been quite awhile but wanted to give you an update on mum’s cancer treatment. Chemotherapy has been going well. She isn’t in pain and is responding well from the looks of it. Upcoming scans will see what’s going on. She’s decided on getting a wig which is fabulous imo. 1/2

Personal update. Finally got in with a dentist in recent times. And got a tooth/root taken out today. Slowly on the road to fixing my teeth. I haven’t been this happy in a long time about my teeth.

Little update. They found more cancer in the sample they took from the surgery. Mum had CT scan yesterday. Still in good spirits. We’re confident nothing else will pop up. 🫶🏻

Past few months have been bad for me weight wise. Mum’s chemotherapy troubles and other things put me into a deeper depression. I’m trying my best to smile and get back on the losing weight front. Every step counts.
